Impressive work Owen. No doubt with better brakes you could shave another second off your laps times yeah?
Cheers

Cheers Shav, with good brakes I would have shaved off at least 3 seconds. I was losing roughly half a second off every corner that had a straight before it

That's really impressive Owen. It speaks highly not only of the suspension (and your vehicle in general), but also you driving skills :)

All that said, does that mark the end of the development cycle for the Shockworx 4Gen Liberty coilovers? :)

One issue we've noticed is that the clevis holes don't match the knuckle, so under load the top bolt would shift causing "variable camber".
This is odd because we did the drawings based on BBB's Ohlin DFVs... When I queried him about it he mentioned that he did notice the bolt moving on them when hitting bumps. I really wished he mentioned this earlier, but better now than after I've manufactured 20 sets with incorrect mounts.
How I got around it? I've welded the top bolt into the clevis lol... New mounts are on the way from Korea.

Sedan development is at 100%. Revised lower mounts arrived yesterday but I won't have time to test fit them until next week. Once they're confirmed, they can get installed on BBB's wagon and have the rear valves recoded for the extra weight.

We're almost there

I just came across this thread now, nice! Did I miss the pricing somewhere? I currently have whiteline swaybars and Perrin endlinks I'm guessing things will be super stiff if I leave them on with these coilovers?

You're looking at $2000 picked up from me, or plus shipping to wherever you are.

The swaybars won't make the ride super stiff. It will make the car ride flatter around corners, but you may lose grip due to reduced shock travel and droop.

Is there any variance in the springing or damping in the front units for anyone with a H6 due to the extra weight?

No, the EZ30s only weigh roughly 8kg more than a turbo EJ20/25.

I would definitely need them shipped :) I drop you an email once I see them available for sale. Should these fit a JDM legacy too?

BUMP GUYS. BBB IS HOLDING A BREAKFAST MEET FOR INTERESTED PARTIES TO COME AND TAKE A RIDE IN MY CAR.

viewtopic.php?f=34&t=27195

I'll be taking deposits and orders from that morning onwards as I'm now 100% happy with the new dampers.

Is it just your car that has the finished version? Is Ben running the finalised set as well?

Just mine at this stage. The rears will only need 1 minor revalve for wagons, which can happen any time between now and the day the first order arrives.
