Where, who and how much to install auxiliary into my car?

Postby morthality » Sat Aug 09, 2014 5:53 pm

Hey guys, I've looked for this in the forum, I've found plenty of How-To instructions of how to install auxiliary into my car (subaru liberty 2007 premium sport auto 4cyl 2.5i) ... But i figure I can't really do it myself.

So can anyone recommend reliable and inexpensive places or mechanics who would do that for you? And how much would it approximately cost? My car has the auxiliary button and the smoke-lighter located inside the console which i think is where the jack meant to be.

Might be helpful if you specified a location mate?

I could recommend a few places but they will be of no help to you if you're nowhere near them.

And since it is a relatively easy job, I'm sure that most guys on the forum would be able to spare the 10 or so minutes to do it for a 6 pack or something, while showing you how its done.

I wouldn't bother if you're all about sound quality.

Some nice head units out there with ever expanding features. If it were me I'd save the money (if you were going to pay someone) and upgrade the HU.

I bought my LGT with an aux input and find it very underwhelming and in not the most useful location.
