WTB Wagon Boot Floor (spare wheel access panel)

Postby tom_kauf » Tue Aug 26, 2014 10:21 am

Want to Buy:

Wagon Boot Floor - in black. That's the spare wheel access panel that lifts up. Anyone wrecking a car or has one lying around?
Because mine looks like this (hole in the carpet is worse in real life). Sorry for the bad phone picture:

Doesn't matter if the hook or latch is broken, I think they swap over...? And Post-FL SpecB carpet is the same as all Gen4s right?

I know postage won't be cheap, but I've sent a whole dashboard with Greyhound - was not that expensive. They were excellent!

Don't suppose anyone would know where I can get one of those chrome boot lip protectors from. Like the one in the photo?

I might look at Part numbers when I get home. Some parts are actually very reasonable from Subaru (especially from US sellers).

That'll tell me if it's worth buying my part new. While I'm at it, I'll look at your part too. Are they all chrome, or are some just plastic?

Mine is just plastic, and I just bought a set of chrome sill plates for the four doors, so would like the boot one to finish off the set. Cheers :D

Ok, finally found some part#s. The part diagram below applies:

#1 is 95066AG010JC ('06, April — '07, June) and the alternate is 95066AG011JC ('06, April — '07, June and '07, April onwards)

The part you were after is #6 which is 95073AG010JC ('06, April — '07, June) and the alternate is 95073AG011JC ('06, April — '07, June and '07, April onwards).

Not sure why the dates overlap, but it says it's just an alternate - not a totally different model for the later years.

EDIT: Doesn't seem to come up with decent search results though. These guys talk about that exact trim under a different Part# though (seems to be about US$75-$100 when I googled it).
