I call it poor mans ceramic coating

All Australian customers should have their header sets by now

Most of the International customers are seeing their sets getting very close to delivery also

I have shipped more headers today - now I have moved and can get on the job of distributing items again

I have also relisted the headers on ebay, I have just a few sets left to clear out then we are done on the current shipment, if you know someone who wants a set then give them the heads up

Here's some pics guys. I had the 3rd cat removed and new piping made from cats.
Cats are the stock ones.

Thanks for the pics...

I was really hoping to buy a set but I don't think they'll fit under my alloy sump guard :(

Couple of spacers on the sump guard would help with header clearance!

Tidy work, do you have dual exit exhaust or single?

Bit of a long post, but I hope the second half of it helps others...

Got my Raptor headers installed with otherwise stock exhaust system, K&N filter, on ethanol with KiDo tune (for that set up). The difference in power is only slight (as was mostly expected). I really do see now why it is highly recommended to change the mid and y pipe. I’ll be bringing forward my plans for cat back exhaust and Raptor CAI to get the full glory out of those shiny SS headers.

I’m worried about reports of rasp with high flow cats – has anyone found a set of 200 cpsi’s that sound ok with these headers? or is it a must to put a hot dog behind each first stage cat?
(I will be deleting 3rd cat like most others)

Thanks PUDZ for sharing that you fried your steering rack boots. Based on your experience I got my installer to add on some simple heat shields (pictured below). I also got him to cut off a little bit of the plastic under tray on the right hand side to avoid a contact melt/burn point (this might be specific for 6MT).

For people in WA: I used Prestige Mufflers in Malaga and can highly recommend them. They charged $400 which might be a little more than I had anticipated, but it did include the heat shields and what ended up being 4 hours of labour (first time they had touched an EZ30D).

What's the recommended centre pipe diameter with these installed?
