Thanks again Matt,

She's performing how I thought she should have when I first had the mods done.

The driving experience is pleasurable again, thank goodness. Don't know how I put up with that other tune for so long now that she's pulling like she should.

Absolutely rapt with the outcome. Would not hesitate to recommend your work to anyone else. :D

Cheers

p.s. look out for any oncoming cars!!

Thanks again Matt!
The latest tune for my mostly stock postFL GT-b is the smoothest yet and all modes are thoroughly useable and very enjoyable!

Is it possible to calibrate the speedo from the ECU?

I should probably let Matt answer that but I think on your model the speedo is fed a signal from the ABS unit, so the answer I'm expecting from Matt is no. :(

Yes and no. The ECU generates the correct signal. The body control module then runs the dash and it sends the 'faster' signal.

It is possible to change a few numbers to calibrate the ECU's output but it can cause issues with idle in automatics

I had my tune done this morning. Massive difference from stock, definitely much more fun/easy to drive, and loving how I can actually accelerate before that 3400rpm point!
I would definitely recommend to anyone
Thanks Matt!

Hey Matt,

I'm still waiting on your reply regarding fitting those injectors and also the re-tune since you are up here.
Appreciate it if you can return my call to let me know whether you can do it or not.

Cheers,
Al

Re: Little Green Triangle - shift point

Postby gtbsti » Thu Aug 28, 2014 2:37 pm

Hi Matt,
Can the little green triangle (the one that blinks on the dash cluster) when in 'Intelligent' mode for the factory 'economy' shift point be reprogrammed to used as a shift light (with the same blinking and then solid sequence) in 'Sports' and Sports sharp' mode?

It is a project I am working on :) Your not the first to inquire :)

It is actually part of the dash cluster coding

Hahaha I asked about this a while back.
My inner child-ish-ness thought this would be a great idea as well.

Good to see you are still on the case Matt...
