It seems our luck is improving at least, the ship carrying the new shipment of headers has 7 days sailing instead of 14 or so like last time

MAERSK GIRONDE - IMO 9235555 - will dock in Brisbane a few minutes after midnight on the 28th this month (7 days time)

With this new order i am going to make a change


When I take your order i am going to ask you if you want to change the diameter of your precat exhaust piping (maybe you are deciding new cat) or if you plan to leave pipe the stock size. Remember either way is OK in the first instance

All I want to do is provide the weld on flange for stock sized pipe with a slightly smaller hole so it better matches the OEM pipe size, this makes things easier for anyone fitting them.

For those going for larger pipe and new cats i will supply the flange with the same hole size I always have in the past.


Just making the exhaust fitters job a touch easier - nothing more.

Just wanted to ask if these headers protrude under the car any more than the stock headers, and if so, by how much?

I'm interested in these headers for my MY08 Outback 3.0R.

However my car has been kitted out for regular off-road use and every single millimeter of ground clearance is essential. Some observations would be much appreciated

Its about 15mm lower at the flange, mainly due to flange

I think that around Thursday next week we would have the headers in hand and be looking to add in the appropriate flanges etc and preparing the items for shipping to customers

Hey guys, after reading this thread and as a KiDo tune fan I will more than likely get some of these magical headers for my '06 Spec B Lib and then a retune. Just wondering if anyone knows of any mechanics/exhaust specialists in Brisbane who would know what their doing with installing them, as well as a rough price for how much labour would be?

Update

The headers are unpacked at the dock, the customs fees all sorted, the agent will collect the goods at the earliest - tomorrow hopefully. It will depend on the timing of the pick up and return to agent before I can send the couriers to move the shipment to home base here.

I'm not looking to process any payments until mid next week as typically I will inspect the goods for conformity and make sure they are customer ready. Maybe we can get some payments done and first items in the mail on Friday next week

As always, you will be informed of how things are progressing.

Another shipment is being manufactured very shortly without the HUGE waiting period - they could be ready to roll in 40 days time - thats the plan
