bass vibration issue

Hi all

I'm getting a really annoying vibration coming from the drivers visor/pillar area which has gotten worse over time. I've tried to feel around the area to stop it but cant find where its coming from.

Anyone else had this issue? Any ideas on how to take apart the trim/suggestions to fix?

Already had a look and couldn't find info on pulling apart the trim, anyone know of any other sites?
