Stage2 handling mods. Or "Active Safety" enhancements if I'm describing them to my parents

This is what happens when I'm left alone in the G88 showroom while they were doing some other small job; I walked away with a set of Cusco sway bars and bushes, and a matching tower brace with master cylinder stopper-sized impulse buy. They just looked so shiny and blue hanging up on the wall there...
The swaybars really liven up the car on a fun road, really changes its character without spoiling the cruising ride.
The strut brace and stopper? Hard to say what difference it's made, swapping my old brace for a different one, but it's sexied up the engine bay no end

Also new in the underbonnet department since my last update is the Apex'i intake and cold-air box. This I'm a little less sold on. I do like the whoosh and pseudo-BOV sounds when I'm having fun, but when I'm on the freeway or with my non-car friends I do wish it was quieter and spending less time explaining what that noise is and why I deliberately made it sound like that. And the Apex'i is quiet relative to other pod filters. Maybe I can insulate the box with something to make it quieter. Or go back to stock. Undecided... but will probably stay.
As for any performance gains it's gotten me, I think the KiDo tune I had when I put the new intake on has made 99% of it! Amazeballs!! It's transformed the Scub into a whole new car. It blew me away with how linear and drivable it now is. And that tricky flat-shift Matt programmed into the code is just addictive and will never wear off ^_^
Purely cosmetic is the Zerosport CF ABS cover which has actually been on the car for ages but was never really worth a mention, but it's a pleasing touch and makes the engine bay look cluttered and messy when it's not there now. The only thing is I had to take a little chunk out of it with a hack saw because it fouled with the new brake stopper. Small sacrifices..

Less exciting are the Whiteline front lower control arm bushes; more a necessity after I was told by the guy putting on the sway bar they they were "rooted". But still a noticable difference on hard braking and quick intersection getaways where it's not definitely a lot less wandery!
That will probably be it for the time being, or at least until tax return time
I'm still keeping ear to ground for some STi SpecR recaros, and an eye on a JDM SpecC steering rack, and maybe a DAMD steering wheel... because reasons
