Are you confident you bled it properly? Parked nose uphill with the heater going on full & squeezing the rad hoses? It takes ages to get rid of all the air bubbles..
If so, shine a torch in the overflow bottle after getting it PROPERLY warmed up & cross your fingers, toes and anything else.
Is there air bubbles coming up from the bottom? Even just one or two within 10-15secs??

Does your car overheat at all whilst driving?

Has it ever overheated?

If you've answered yes to either of those questions then you may have a head gasket issue. :(
