Lol. Strong if you're just doing street driving. Not so strong when you're chasing lap times with race prepped S2000s and RX8s etc. There is no art, just slam as fast as you can, but I get this feeling you're about to try and prove me wrong...

Roughly 2 seconds. Essentially, you never want to be coasting. You need to be either on the throttle or on the brake. Any time spent coasting is time being wasted.
