Brandon, on 235s my speedo is at 108 when I'm doing 100 :( shits me to tears. It also means my kms are going up 10% faster. I know this for a fact because I reset my trip meter when I drove up to g88. When GPS said 1000km I ended up doing just over 1100km :(

Your car must be broke lol I've drive heaps of liberty and never had one 10kmph out! My patrol with 35 inch mud TYRES are 10kmph out. So 90 is 100!!! Get Matt to fix it

You should. The speedo reading in Logger seems extremely accurate though. Kind of like a video game.

KiDo_Tuning wrote:
Correct. Also because of the refresh rate it is possible that the car started moving between 0kph and say 11kph due to the ecu not recording movement til it had already moved. Essentially a lack of resolution

The refresh rate was about 62ms. Does that make a difference? i.e. there was 62ms between 0 and 2kph.

Matt can adjust the speedo against the ecu reading?

Wheelspin is the speedo moving thus ECU is logging the gearbox movement?

This guy, he knows.

Do this, remove the variables.

But his speedo doesn't move when he releases the clutch. The car is already moving for about half a sec before his needle moves!

Trust me I've offered him plenty of chances. Always "yea yea yea keen" but bitch out at the last minute. He'd much rather do hand held vids on the street, alone, with nobody around to beat him

Nah I haven't. I'm not interested in drags at all. Well not in street cars anyway.

I prefer high speed stuff.

I think the delay is somewhat constant anyway, if you accelerate fast then stop accelerating instantly the speedo keeps climbing for half a second afterwards. Well it does in my car anyway.
