How do you rate current LED vs CCFL angels?

Have you tried out Audi style switchback tube yet?

Personally i like CCFL but really depends what you like and what look you after.

LED is very bright (too bright for my liking) but some people look bright !haha and it will have less issue compare to CCFL and most important one is "no gap".

switchback tube is on its way and i'm going to try them on my spare headlight... but i don't think it will look good in Liberty headlight. Will post up some photo once its done.

Thanks for the info ;)

For myself the great thing about the switchback is that it might allow for a completely different look to angels.

For me its not necessarily the pinnacle of aesthetic excellence, its just.... different. Hopefully next level

Done right, it could be amazing, but get it wrong.... :bad:

I think Gen 5 headlight will be a good one to use switchback ...

I've seen many modded Gen 4 headlights ... the one looks the best is the one had minor work done to it.

But at the end of the day ... its what you like .. :D

I was thinking switchback tubing to replace my angel eyes Leo.. Remember our conversation a while back?

Would love to see some progress shots.

I did some more research and it seems the term"switchback" refers to a bulb or tube that contains 2 or more different colour light sources. So in the case of an indicator, it flashes amber and then holds a steady white when not indicating.
Is that even possible on AUDM cars? :)

They look sweet on some euro cars if the shape and design of them is simple but mean it could look so good. I am now awaiting some pics haha :D

Led halos are awesome with hid fogs and low beam in a similar blue I love it .. as Leo said they are super bright so it's definitely a look at me option over the cffl
