Is there a way to reset the ECU without a laptop and tactrix?

I believe just disconnect the negative battery terminal for a little while should essentially be the same as an ECU reset?

It will reset the ECU but just FYI it won't clear trouble codes from the memory.

If your AM/FM presets have been cleared, ECU has been reset.
Hit the brake pedal a few times while one of the battery terminals is disconnected to discharge any stored energy.

No big reason, i was feeling like my car felt slightly under powered and wanted to double check to see if the car was pulling timing firstly. My bluetooth OBD wasnt working so couldnt check that way.
As it turns out the car is running fine and am just so used to the power that its no longer exciting me and feels slow hahaha
