Glad to hear things are getting sorted out quickly Jay. I've only used 1/4 tank since switching which is annoying, feels like it will be forever til I get the new pump in and start getting some bad-ass revisions.

Interesting about the definitions being wrong, I downloaded the latest weekend before last and there were no complaints from ECUFlash.

Different ECU. Just a pain that EcuFlash didn't test it and made one...

I don't like reading about bricked ECU when I'm tune flashing atm myself :s

Made me double triple check all mine and download again my definitions!

Hope it all works out for you quickly and can get back to the E85 love.
All the E85 talk makes me very jealous, still just not viable here in Perth unfortunately :(

Haha it’s not the end of the world. $150 to get it sorted at ENTRA in Canberra. By far the worst bit is having the car off the road for a bit.

Turns out i had my original definitions and programs saved in OSX. I deleted all from windows, and re-installed everything again. No warnings or error messages when opening EcuFlash and loading roms, LV or Logger. Hopefully it stays that way.

Any time with the car off the road is a bummer!!!

And the definitions file i have in romraider are V247.
Are these the latest?

Yes

The issue with Jay's car is that H6 definitons in EcuFlash were minimal so with 1.44, they updated a LOT of stuff. EcuFlash has snuck some definitions into the OpenECU\EcuFlash\rommetadata\subaru\Legacy 3.0R Folder which should be for Australian cars.

Unfortunately it appears to be a case of, if it aint broke, dont fix it. Will walk all owners of this ECU through fixing the issue in future.

So you're saying he should've bought a turbo and there'd be no problem

I have grown to like the H6 more and more, your car Jay is one of my favourites on the site, turbo or no turbo :good:
Keep up the good work!

Give Owen a few weeks and he could talk him into a GTX3582R being strapped to it

When I trash him around Winton in a car with half as much power, he won't have a choice but to sell or Garrett ;)

Sell, definetly sell.

And it's unfair to compare a gokart with a 1500kg car!

I wouldn't convince you to mod the liberty any more anyway. And 1500kg? Go get it corner weighted. More like 1700kg with you and fuel in it.
