Oil testing & oil recommendation

I recall reading in one of the many posts on this subject someone posted the details of a person who does testing of engine oil and on the basis of the analysis results recommends a particular oil for your engine and usage patters. When I read the post I was on a bus and didn't think to copy the info down and now I want it of course I cant find it.

From memory (and its a vague memory) it was a guy in Victoria somewhere that a few people on here have used and gave good feedback on.

If anyone can find the info or knows the guy in question please post the contact details. I plan to send a sample of engine oil to him at the next service.
