Moisture build up on inside of headlight

Hi all,

I have what looks like a moisture (foggy) build up on the inside of my front headlights. Has anyone had any luck of getting rid of this?

I was thinking removing the lights and trying to drain it.

Or getting a headlight deoxidizer kit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well the first thing I would be doing is finding out how the moisture is getting in there

Once you've found the issue/fixed it, could just take the light out and sit it in the sun for a while till it drys out

You need to ascertain if it's inside or out.
Start with a headlight resto kit on the outside if in doubt.

If inside, you'll need to remove the HL and bake or heat it to seperate the the lens, then re seal probably with a little extra sikaflex.

Thanks for the advice. Bought a turtle wax head light restoration kit and it came off instantly. Highly recommend.

Repeat every 6 months.
I'm looking into a uv resistant polish ftw but eg aerospace 303 does a good job as a weekly protectant
