Looks good - so this is the 2nd gen (2013) Nexus 7 using the Japanparts fascia?

Nope, I originally thought I had the 2nd gen model because the tablet was a real tight fit. Ended up fiberglassing the original facia to suit. As I said before Im not really happy with the fit. Will order the japan parts facia later as I reckon it will be a better fit. Havent heard of anyone fitting a 2nd gen yet.......

Yeah, I think I might be the only one on here with the 2nd gen, although mine's not installed in the dash - sits on a magnet so it's removable.

So has anyone fit a 2nd gen without having to cut the air ducts out? Are the japanparts facias any bigger than the stock ones?Pretty keen to have another go at this while I install a new ROM.
