You are supposed to have your seatbelt on before the car is turned on (in Vic).....not many people do that, personally I just put it on before I take off the handbrake.
To not put your seatbelt on until after you have reversed out of your driveway is pretty common but to TAKE OFF your seatbelt before you even get in to your driveway, what's the point? Just adding unnecessary risk.

I for one hope nobody actually gives you the information you are after, because it's just going to make your "habbit" even worse.

Oh let my clarify, i only need it because i have a dyno at home and every week when i hook it up to check everything's ok with my lib it gets annoying to put on my seatbelt because then i have restricted reach to my laptop on the passenger seat.

Mate you're a fucking disgrace and shouldn't be allowed on the roads.
You probably strangle babies before you even get in to your car.

I had heard you were on the roads so I made sure my car was securely locked in an underground nuclear shelter.
