missing clips for side panel-rocker molding

Postby r0ca » Tue Dec 10, 2013 7:57 pm

Need help getting clips for the side panel underneath the door, not sure the correct term for it. From my googling I think the panel is called Rocker Molding?
The clip goes underneath the car to hold the panel in place near the back passenger guard/fender

I think the screw/clip is part #6 in this diagram http://goo.gl/3VRCsH

Anyway, anyone know the size or measurements of the clips?

I found a local supplier but not sure the size 6/8/10mm?

Can you please be more specific on exactly what you are after? The rear most clip for your sideskirt mount?

Perhaps check the other side and find exactly what size the clip is, unless both are somehow missing..

I haven't had a chance to take photo of my car.
Found a thread on the Outback forum with the same issue as me, it was suggested to go through subarupartsonline but shipping is too much just for 1 clip.

Basically there are clips underneath that panel to hold it in, I need the one closest to back passenger wheel.
So the trim itself is sagging because one of the bolts/fasteners has fallen off.

If the clips are out of sight just find a suitable sized screw and use that instead.

If you use stainless steel you'll never have to worry about it again.
