As ive said ( in our previous conversations ) gotta do some loooong hard thinking to do if it is a head gasket .

The built motor is on the backburner now till after the holiday
So duno if it's headgssket just need the cheap fix.

Mick it's ok while moving and normal driving but after a spirited drive the top of the rad is empty overflow botle is full takes about 1l- 1.5l to get the level back in the radiatior

Sorry to hear this mate - hope it turns out to be something simple and cheap...

My coolant overflowed at Wakefield Park if you recall (I guess you'd call that spirited driving? :wink:

) which of course made me think there could be some bigger issue. But I haven't had any problems since so have tried to stop worrying about it for now (still there is that lingering doubt however

).
