Parking Wire ?

Ok, so I installed my Double Din Headunit the other day.. everything is fine and works a treat except for the parking wire, which I didn't know what to connect to.. So obviously I cant use certain things due to it not recognising the parking is engaged.
Is there anyway I can bypass it ? I've read people just ground the wire and it's fine but that it only works for certain units ?
The HU is a Kenwood DDX4033BT.

Ground it

Yep just ground it so the screen can work all the time.

Can i ground it by just connecting to the back of the HU or should I connect into into the ground wire ?

Mine is ground on to the bracket that holds the head unit in.. Too easy.
