missing phone icon from sat nav

Hi, I took my car to an audio place last week to see if they could fit a aux plug for me, I was told it was a no go and only available from subaru. The problem I have now is that my phone icon has gone from my sat nav screen. I have tried resetting, but still no icon. I have a 2009 Exiga with the Kenwood system. I rang the car audio place but they were clueless!! HELP PLEASE!

All good... pulled unit out, the so called pro's didn't plug the phone unit back in.
Oh and I think I'll fit the aux myself....not bad for a girl!
