After having a chat to the builder 11mm seems to be the go for the extra. He said cosworth would be better but comes down to the cost vs name type situation .

I actually just read that thread and it seems the stock 10mm is awesome for 500hp and 8,000 rpm which is ruffly what my goal is.!!!
I dont want too much oil at the top ( sides ) of the motor and none down the bottom!!!
