Bilsteins with good springs over cheap coil overs. Your spine will thank you.
Kinda flush. Fitment is something. ADM as F*ck.

Hard to say man. IMHO the Billies with a slightly lower set of springs are better.
Suspension wise: billes and good matched springs (even kings are good, despite what the internet will tell you), LCA bushes, and the rear sway bar upgrade that everyone on this forum does (a whiteline thing). Might even be worth doing the rear control arm bushes too, as the car is getting on a bit.

Oh, and another edit: don't get too excited about getting it too low, or making the exhaust loud. Focus on making it handle, and flying below the police radar, both literally and metaphorically. As you said, it is your first car, don't tip too much money into it, just stay the course you are on.

Edit again: See if you can find a second hand set of the Bilsteins, beat them down on price..choose your spring rate and have them rebuilt and revalved to suit the spring rate. That would be nearly as good as high end coil overs, just with out the adjustability. As someone with KW coil overs, I have never adjust mine since they were installed. Ergo, all those adjustments are fairly pointless.

Thanks for your tips. I think I'll take that offer up instead of getting coilovers. I don't want it to low but just enough to make it look nice and handle a little better. Not going to throw heaps of coin into it.

Haha very nice. Looks like a nice car you took a picture of.

Wouldn't mind going on some form of cruise soon.
