Registered interest some time back. Just so I don't have to dig my way back through the thread, was pricing announced?

My aim is to be significantly cheaper - by 40% - more if possible

That's as much as I can say for moment

If this happens, I think you will be flooded with orders!

Can't wait to see the pics of the revised version.

It is very limited market - will be busy for a bit then as that demand is satisfied there won't be much new demand. That's why no larger manufacturer will touch it.

Nevertheless the best possible designs were put forward in spite of tiny market.

I will add that production of the normal mild steel sets has also continued with customers making a few purchases of those, most recently a few hrs ago

NEW stickers for the header sets have been manufactured - they are now around the size of a business card - much more useful and discreet

any update on the price?

these headers...do they make the exhaust system louder (currently using a catback system)?
Any change in the exhaust note? from what i gather, the main purpose of header upgrades is
for the kw/nm's increase.

The headers of themselves when added to a STOCK system - do not change the note, do not change the decibels, in fact they are 100% undetectable and yet will still make great power increases

Now the customer adds in things like catback systems etc to the mix, these are normally louder than stock, that's the mostly the idea of a catback right?! Now if you add headers which are freer flowing to a system with less noise suppression you could well expect changes in note and decibel level -

Try this for instance https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFpbmuOxFu4

Some of the details of the system are noted in the text that goes with the vid on youtube.

This is how mine sounds. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHe-tDbZWic

Going from a catback to the headers and high flow cats had quite a change for me. In performance and in noise.

Tim,
in the first header thread you measured 40mm header outlet (OD?), that would be around 1.5" ID ?? - very small :))

1.5 + 1.5 =......
Plenty big enough.
