MY08 speaker upgrade - need help!

Coming from someone with absolutely no knowledge on car audio. I've recently purchased a DD Fasia and HU, now all that's left are the door speakers and sub. What size speaker fit in the door, and could anyone reccommend a suitable brand? The 4 x 50 W outputs from the HU should be ample power for the four doors. I was also wanting some advice on a sub for the boot (preferably including enclosure) and amp for that. Budget is around $1500 give or take for the 4 door speakers, sub for the boot and amp.
