Introduction: Tom's 2.0 wagon

Hey guys, new to the forum!
Name: Tom ridley

20 year old from Bendigo that studies Outdoor Education
Love my wagon!

Car:
2004 Liberty Wagon, white, 5sp manual, Leather interior, 2.0l motor

Modifications:

Interior: Double Din Phillips stereo
Kenwood 4 channel amp
Alpine s type speakers in all doors
Response mono block 600 rms
2x kenwood subs in ported box



I've carbon wrapped the face plate and a few other things

Exterior:
Wheels, Rays Volk CE28n 18", with NEXEN N8000 tyres
Painted the brake calipers for added rice points but i like the look
Tinted tail lights
8000k hid's in high and low beams.

Handling:
Whiteline Blade adjustable rear sway bar
Whiteline Front strut brace
Whiteline Front and Rear heavy duty sway bar links
Avo HD Rear sway bar bracket
Bc Br coilovers

Engine:
Custom Air intake using an Impreza K&N cold air intake kit
Throttle body coolant bypass to get intake temp down a bit
Advance UEL extractors
High performance cat
Custom 2.25" piping with a hotdog then a cannon on the back, its quite loud.



I think that might be it.

Would love to go on a cruise or head to a meet sometime and check out some of the other nice liberty's around.

Looks tight. Any noticeable improvement/noise from the K&N cold air intake?

Yeah i feel like it flows better at high rpm so it pulls all the way to the red line and with the stock air intake setup the power drops off when you get to about 5000. There's deffinately a fair bit of induction noice.

I'll post some pics of the setup tomorrow.

Just found this photo from the front that looks like i've run over my cat!

My car doesn't have foggies because the first owner must have been a cheap-o the vent on the drivers side feeds my cold air intake



This is the setup from the top. The "K&N cold air intake kit" just came with a pod filter to mount onto the end of the black plastic piping, where the blue silicone section is, they provided a peice of flexy hose to run somewhere to collect cold air and bring it to the pod filter, which would have been useless. I've put a K&N Apollo air filter on it now because they are enclosed, and with the silicone pipe it sits down in the slot where the old resonator went.



The vent feeds the area where the resonator should be with cold air constantly so it works quite well as a cold air intake setup.
