Should be personally obligatory to have a wideband and gauge once any performance mods are done

not many power supporting (eg injectors, pump) or monitoring (eg afr, tactrix) mods.
Injectors and pump shouldn't be required with a VF46 as far as I understand it. In fact you can push a VF52 pretty hard before either are a concern.
I don't think it's possible to do too much monitoring though, I totally agree with you there. If you don't know what's going on, you don't know what's going on...
bigBADbenny wrote:Sure. Pump is just one part of the puzzle.
I do feel bad for not speaking up sooner, however

Well if the tune is right, then there is no need to worry to look at it.
IF its tuned, its a set and forget!!!

I'd like to see a timeline of your mods tunes driving etc that lead to this outcome.
Having read the first page, I'm getting an idea though...

It is a hub dyno... power output does not relate to a roller dyno as they read about 10% higher.
My tune was not pushed to the edge, was safe as some of the current mods were not fitted.
Massive torque at low piston speeds that quickly drops away screams massive cylinder pressures to make that torque or higher boost at low rpm but that would need the boost to have been graphed. Notice how no other VF46 tuned Liberty has torque spiking at low rpm?

Quickest ringland diagnosis is to remove the oil cap while engine is idling, smoking from oil cap is bad

So pump doesn't not need to be replaced.!!

This. What does this mean?? Massive cylinder pressure?? How do u do that?? That sounds like it would hurt the head/head gaskets????
I have the boost graph, just cant upload from the iphone!!
