Jealous!? I still love your post face wagon shape more.
Even though the rear end on mine is converted haha.

Mainly referring your wheels and garage!
I'm also a fan of keeping the chrome highlights on the black. The whole car ties in very nicely. :good:

Btw, which HID kit did you use for your foggies? Keen to do the same...

Definetly keeping the chrome. I like it too.
I know a guy from the local autobarn so I got a set from them for $55. Usually $120ish.
Unsure of the brand but I'm pretty sure most autobarns sell the same brand.

I recommend hid foggies. They look good, but most importantly they actually light a fair bit of the ground.

Yeah, really looking for my light output from my foggies. The replacement globes which I put in look good and almost match my headlights but from the drivers seat it only lights up about a foot past the bonnet...
Ahh I know the brand you're talking about. I have a mate at Autobarn back home so I'll see if he can do me a similar deal ;)

Im addicted to the sound that comes from my car. Removing the resonator (Owen removing the resonator) has turned it so beefy. I can't stop pulling up to 5k in every gear.

Smoothness of the H6 + fatness of the hitech mufflers + rushing induction noise = a damn good sounding mostly-stock motor.

When I'm not feeling lazy. It's such a pain masking up and I don't want to take them off.

^ Sure do.

For anyone interested, heres a picture showing the light output from the HID fog lights. (low beams off).
Pretty impressive. Especially compared to stock halogens barely doing anything.

Its so much easier than you'd think. Jack up the car either side, take 2 clips off the splash guard and pull it out of the way.
Swap the globes, connect the new positive and negative wires (30 seconds), sticky tape them in. Then stash the ballast somewhere with tough double sided tape.

It could be done in 15 minutes without mucking around.

Is double sided tape enough for the ballast? Maybe ill try it then.

I used that thick foamy style tape. And its definitely strong enough. I mounted mine on its edge, on the metal beam that holds the front bar on.
