Thanks J,

When we do the first fire up with the new set-up, i will record it and post it up. I'll make sure i get plenty of footage of how the new set-up is inside the engine bay as well.

fingers crossed.

UPDATE: (sorry no photos/vids yet)

* Wiring for the Microtech LT10s & Eboost 2 is almost complete. (needed an air temp sensor. feels weird having a commodore part on a subie)
* Almost finished installing new turbo's.
* FMIC to be installed tomorrow. (Piping yet to turn up but thats the easy part)
* custom intake being made for the twin air intake under the bonnet scoop to feed them COOL air.

Funnily enough, GCG laughed at me and sai I would not find 'dump pipe' flange for these turbos. they couldnt supply them so it wouldn't happen. "Good luck" they said.

Hopefully I'll have it all finished by end of week so i can book in the tune for next weekend.

UPDATE:

F*^K. These turbos won't work. on the GTR they are fed exaust from above, and the compressor outlet flange faces at an angle which will interfere with the exhaust. and if i do manage to get these housing bolts to loosen (one is only accessible by open ended spanner and wants to round the nut), and can spin the housings around, then the compressor ooutlet will be facing down toward the head. cant spin individually because the 2 bolts that hold the actuator bracket are 13mm and the rest are 8mm. so I'm going to TD04L-13T's. so if anyone has a good condition < with part number 14412AA560, then please ring me urgently. 0413935057

Sweet, if you do this I'd love to see it!

A mate of my old man's put a turbo (with intercooler) on his BMW K100. It went like crazy - people couldn't believe such an old bike was so fast! Was always being questioned, what the hell have you done to it? It was such a neat job it looked stock, you couldn't tell it had a turbo at all.

best way to do it. my old man had a turbo rickman years ago. now it sits in a shop in cairns as a display. current owner is too scared to ride it i think. will let ya know when i get around to doing it. as soon as im finished this project i'll finish that one. strated to go back together, but i need this car now. so its got priority. now all i gotta do is find the trubos i need. contemplating just buying GT2860 or GT2871's and being done with it...
