So I've had this for a couple of months now but never got around to posting up a thread. few of you sydney boys have seen it.

2009 BMW 135i
Alpine White
6spd Manual gearbox
still like new, less than 40xxx kms on it

Twin turbo inline 6 pushing out 225kw/400Nm stock. to the rear wheels. its a lot of fun
all that torque is available from 1500ish rpm so this thing seriously pulls no matter what gear :D impossible not to enjoy driving it!!

previous owner did black grilles, angel eyes and a couple of other minor things to it
i've tried to hold off on the mods do it slowly...save my money a bit!!

mate was selling his car though so couldn't resist and swapped wheels with him. VMR's, some rep brand but they're not half bad. ADVAN RS 10 spoke style and i'm happy with them for the meantime until i can decide on some good wheels. tricky finding some good ones as most aftermarket wheels are made for the larger 3 series sizing (much bigger market so manufacturers cater to them more readily). not impossible, just harder than normal haha.
matte black for them is good because the bmw brake pads are dusty as f**k you honestly have no idea! on my to-do list

as far as modding plans go there's not too much to do. need to get some good coilovers in there as the rear end is super twitchy and bouncy over uneven surfaces. plus i want it lowered a bit ;) still tossing up which brand to go with but will be getting something good... stay posted
diffuser and some custom exhaust work is on the cards as well in the next few months...

tuning these engines is nuts as you can get 230+ atw from a $500 flash tune. full bolt-ons (intake, downpipe, exhaust etcc) gets to about 280 ish atw, meth injection can see 300 cracked
tune will possibly come soon but stock is plenty of power for now...famous last words

just enjoying the car for now, plenty of dream mods but nothing essential for the moment. :)

Love it Ed!

My mechanic has a black one of these, tuned, it's so much fun!

He also bought meth injection kit for it but he hasn't installed it yet.

Wow, didnt know these little cars packed so much power stock.. No wonder why my other mates are obsessed with this car. One of them has the convertible, so i guess i can call him a hair dresser hahaha..

Looking good so far, hoping to see more mods in future!

Very nice upgrade Ed! :good:
The 135 is a feisty little beast. Looks like those huge numbers are put down with ease...

I love the interiors of these... Moar pics!
