It's for my girlfriend.

Perhaps you should order the full face version before tomorrow night?

Haha, coyote being "genius" will need XXXXXL ??

BTW, just some suggestions for everyone, especially for people who are buying a helmet for their first time ever... I highly recommend you at least go to a shop and try some on, and ask for advice from the sales person. Fit should be firm on your head - erring towards a nice firm fit not loose, as the padding will compress somewhat with use.

If you want to buy online that's fine, but know what brand/size fits you first. Helmets can be expensive (depending what you choose) so you wouldn't want to waste your money getting the wrong one!

Not all brands/sizes are the same. The shape of people's heads vary, so some brands are good for some people but crap for others. For instance, I have found some Arai & KBC helmet's don't fit me very well (causing pressure points), whereas Shoei have always fit me great.

Maybe this is more important for us motorcyclist's who wear a helmet all day long sometimes, just thought it might be useful to know for the helmet noobs!

Nah, that's good advice for everyone.

Having said that, your average car helmet is MUCH more comfortable than your average bike helmet.

True. In fact if you're buying just for car use, you probably want to avoid those helmets that have a ridge at the back, which is useful for aerodynamics while riding a bike but completely pointless in a car, and just gets in the way because of your headrest!

Personally I just put the headrest to the highest setting possible, usually okay like that (and safer I think, you risk whiplash with no headrest if you have an accident).

+1, the headrest in cars aren't for you to actually rest your head, they are a safety feature

Quick update guys.

As of today we have 31 drivers confirmed and paid, which means we only have ONE SPOT available. If you would like to take this spot, please get back to me ASAP. Also, if you would like to go on the waiting list in case someone pulls out, let me know. However, do not ask to be put on the waiting list unless you are 100% as it will be expected that you can cover your own cost of the track day as soon as a spot becomes available.

Thanks!

Quick update:

There are now 3 spots available due to a couple of people pulling out, however there are quite a few of plus ones that are yet to confirm so these spots may be snapped up quickly.

I suggest anyone who is keen to get in on this track day before spots fill up let me know ASAP.
