Hey j lol it was quite uh gradual. It all started with getting sway bars when my uncle went to japan...

then recalled stech saying a while ago (last year) my brakes were on the way. Then my uncle said there was a project mu clearance sale in Japan. So there it was and it turned out be stops were available and I didn't want anything more aggressive.

And he then got me the dba's from here as I said I wasn't quite after all the hi-po brakes system and so here we are he decided dba was appropriate LOL.

Although thinking back I should've gone down the Brembos route....
