Hello everyone

this is my beautiful beast, i have big plans for her and alot of work will need to go in to bring her up to the standard i am looking for.

MY97 Subaru Impreza WRX

- Rebuilt MY98 wrx engine to stock specs

- Rebuilt wrx gearbox with new syncros by S&J

- VF23 turbo

- 3" apexi turbo back exhaust

- D2 RACING Coilover suspension

- Front mount intercooler

- Boost T set to approx 18PSI

- HKS BOV

- K&N pod filter.

- STI heads

- Autronic ECU

- Upgraded front slotted rotors

- 440cc injectors

since the purchase date i have had a doubledin head deck installed with a clarion and caidence audio pack installed have spare speakers sitting around to install into rear door cards, the car dynoed and boost upped to 18psi, new angel eye headlights on the way. currently experiencing an issue getting boost to really have that kick.. not sure why its not pulling my face into the back of my head :/

i had the car dynoed and received my new lights found out why i wasnt getting much torque, the car was 18 psi but the ecu was saying no no 12 is fine (sorry if i got too technical) so they opened her up a bit im not interested in KWS im interested in torque and am hoping with the STI turbo ill be getting i can bump it up from 600n.m to 800n.m ill show photos of the head lights installed once i have sprayed the front mount bllaaaakkkkk to suit.

oh also to let you know on what i have decided to do my next major upgrade is going to be the sti turbo.. no point getting a big ass turbo that goes like poo untill it finally hits boost. i want a quick responsive turbo that doesnt take long to spool up and the sti one should cut it for me. but i am definitely open to suggestions!

alrighty i had a busy day today!

first off i resprayed my front mount matte black to help avoid detection from the po po

then i relocated my boost T to a little hidey hole (hopefully it will remain undetected)

and lastly put the original number plate on as the STI one is illegal

My bro and dad have a GC8 project car that they're building up. Same headlights as your new ones. Looks good.

and after much much much to much time! i finally did some more modding!!!!!!!

firstly i replaced my stiff as **** HSD with a set of D2 racing coilovers.

then i finally got off my ass and bought myself a set of enkei Raijin and a set of shitty 225/40/18 lexani tyres





then we installed and adjusted coilovers!

lowered. its currently set up for some stance. but i think i would like eyebrow height.. i would love some opinions though (not me in the photo its my friend karl)

so i have removed my cracked up pipe and replaced it with a stock one and heat wrapped it. yes i know the heat wrap is like poo lol but it wasnt a proper pipe it had groves and brackets on it lol so thats my excuse


just FYI safety first.. metal ties and girly fingers dont work well together lol.

dont hate on me too much!

also in addition to the up pipe i decided to replace the turbo with a VF23

i have no idea dude! i was thinking of more low but i think ill lower the back 1cm and the front .5 then add a lip on the front.

Is it just me or has the car been in a front end bingle in a previous life? Reason I ask is that the LHS headlight is a bit off at the bottom and on an angle
