Does anybody know if there's much factory camber adjustment in the rear or do I need to buy camber bushes (and which ones do I need)? My rears are currently on about -2 degrees and it's killing the inside of my tyres. :(

There is no factory camber adjustment for the rears. You will have to either get camber bushes or camber arms if you want adjustment. Keep in mind as long as your toe is zero you shouldn't have that much wear for daily driving.

Thanks Tony. I just spotted the Whiteline KCA399 camber bushes. Maybe my toe is out slightly as well though since it's wearing a fair bit. I have a printout from my last wheel alignment but didn't really take notice of the toe figures. I'll check that later tonight.

Colourwise? Or you just 'mirin' and want me to sell them to you? :P I think it'd look even better when I find a set of aero strakes (in front of the rear wheel) but they're so damn rare!

Thanks man, carparking is getting pretty dodgy now that everybodys back so I thought I might park next to someone who won't be carelessly opening their doors etc. :)

I checked my print out from when I last got a free wheel alignment readout when I was buying suspension bits at Capital Steering and Suspension. (no alignment settings were changed)
The rear toe is +1.5mm, but the wearing must also be from the fronts (I recently did a tyre rotation) because the fronts are around +2.8mm. Regardless, I need to get a full realignment. I'll book it in for this weekend.
Is there any steering or suspension bits worth putting in before the alignment? There's factory toe adjustment I'm assuming..

There is factory toe adjustment for front and rear. Tell them to set it at 0.
You can also adjust the front camber via factory camber bolt.

Yeah i dunno man, make the rear looks mad chunky or something. With the aero's that may have a difference. Something ain't jelln' witht he rest of the car.... which i really enjoy.

Thanks for that info Tony!

Yeah I agree with you about the chunkiness of the splash guards, Jake. But I think that's what I like about them :) I mentioned colour because I think the colour that was mixed up, is slightly lighter than the bumper bar which makes it stand out more. Could be a contributing factor to the the chunky illusion. Now that I'm used to looking at them, I took one off a few weeks ago to redo the paint and it looked too boring without

Dropped the car off to get a set of Dunlop Sport Maxx 225/40/18 fitted (cheers Miller0) and a wheel alignment so pretty keen to get it back this arvo.

Also, something small but super awesome came in the mail today :)

I just picked up the car from getting my other set of tyres fitted, balanced and a wheel alignment at Tyres and More in Mitchell - suggested by Todd on Rexnet. Barry @ T&M is a top bloke and definitely knows his stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody in the Canberra region if you need a wheel alignment or tyres etc. I'm pretty sure they do mechanical too :good:

Got my new replica STI lip yesterday. it's the xcessmotors one from ebay. Quite impressed with it in comparison with the OTR one from Melb, this one fits perfectly, whereas the OTR one struggled to wrap around the sides (few mm too short...maybe it was a bad batch). It also came in a huge box so it wasn't warped at all.

Fitted it up and went for a spontaneous photoshoot with the fishies. Car is actually filthy but looks ok in the pics :)

Love the new profile pic man! Was that touched up in photoshop or is it just the lighting?
