i just bought the badge but am not 100% sure if i should put it on or not?

It looks ok if you put it say IN you car, like the engine bay, interior etc.

But IMO if you put it on a car on the outside, that is a) slower than an STI or b)Is not an STI, then don't do it, because people will secretly laugh behind your back and think you are d^%$ which is what I do.

However if you would like to, then go for it :lol:

Well at least Lib owners are fanatics like the Skyline folks. I knew a foolish person who put a GT-R badge on his non-GT-R Skyline. After returning from a movie all the badges were stripped and the car keyed and bashed.

lol ! We were on the way home from a [GTRydaz] meet in Sydney on the weekend and at Maccas Sutton Forest there was a mitsi evo 8 with a skyline GT-R badge on the back of it. One of the guys with us was appalled as he is building up a weapon of a skyline.
