Yes sorry, not hitting boost.
All clamps tightened and sealed correctly. Could this be a fault with the intercooler?

Mate that is really odd!!

Changing an intercooler wont be puting any extra stress or anything on the motor or turbo.

It sounds like an install error , where you have crimped the intercooler to throttle body hose.!!

Cant see it being the intercooler.!!
Not a Subaru...... Something MUCH better

NOPE..... That's shit too. Bus anyone??

I've purchased a Process West TMIC and my car did not like it one bit. I could hear the turbo spool, but no pull back nor could I hear my BOV.
Could it be that it needs a tune with it?
Advice guys? I had to put the stock TMIC back on. =(

Sounds like a post turbo leak, maybe the BOV gasket or the turbo outlet gasket missing or something. PLenty of people have done TMIC only upgrades

There seems to be plenty of people who are happy with their PW TMICs, so I doubt there's a systemic failure in the design. I'm confident enough in the PW unit that I'll be getting one myself. :)

You could have a unit which has a fault, or you may have an installation failure or failure of another component.
