Hi all
Just a little intro: I'm Scott & about 4 weeks ago, my wife & I purchased a DEC 06 MY07 3.0R-B black wagon, as the new family bus. We're in Hobart, had the car trucked from Brissy to Melb and we finally collected it on the weekend. Had an awesome drive along some back roads to avoid the tourist traffic after the boat trip.
We originally were looking into the MY06 spec GT's, but couldn'y go past the 65k kms 3.0R-B with 6 speed. The McIntosh sound system is brilliant, reasonably comfy seats, not as good as the recaro's in the impreza we are upgrading from, but decent. the massive sunroof is awesome too!
I still have to work out what to do with SI drive, I doesn't seem to make any difference in instantaneous l/100kms, and S# is a bit agressive from take-off for traffic here.
I'm very much into cars, and also have an old alfa GTV that is slowly turning into a decent hillclimb/club car for a bit of fun.
looking forward to being part of the forum
Cheers
Scott

What kind? Rusty shells, or shiny metal. Don't have many on this laptop, so this one will have to do for now, from last years domain hill climb, before it pissed down, which was also heaps of fun!
It's about all the motorsport I get these days, a couple of runs a year. very different to karting every couple of weeks.
