[VIC] 4th gen Photoshoot: 10/05/08

If you could be bothered, you might want to check out the car park for Deakin University in the corner or Elgar Road and Uganda Street, Burwood. It is a really big car park, with a lot of very BRIGHT white lights.

Thanks Eka. I thought about Deakin, not sure if it's public access though...

Photos look better in the evenings. Light is much more controlled/controllable, instead of the harsh midday sun.

afternoon then, all these night photos getting boring.

Easy enough to check... Just contact Deakin

OR... If anyone here IS a deakin student they could approach them from a "student Request" perspective which MAY be a better tact...

Any interest in a meal beforehand, so we can see some of the cars in daylight? :)

Sure, I'm interested in that :) Will post up a dinner location once the venue is finalised!

i.e. if it's at Knox, then we'll eat at Knox - so forth.

You Melbournians should all drive up to Sydney and rent Norm's warehouse.

Open, spacious, very well lit, and best all of, security gates!!! Because once you drive in and the security gates close, not only do you feel secure from stray cars, nosy security patrols, or random idiots off the street, but you are pretty much undisturbed for the entire duration.

It's May-10. Is that enough notice? :)

... you DO realise that with my photos, I prefer it to be as dark as possible? ;)

Then why all the fuss? If you just need a dark place you could probably pick from any parking lot or empty lot and nail down a place by now.
