Here's what I did to fix the scrubbing issues at the rear:
I had to trim the plastic bits and bend up (used a small shifter lol  ) or roll the inner guard in that spot, after mark had rolled up the upper guard radius.

You can see I went overboard on the trimming, I could easily have left another 3-4mm.
In my case the plastic bit kept popping out, so I knew that was the issue.
Inspecting the guard inners with a light looking for wear will confirm either way.
I had to do it as the ECU was picking up the noise as knock with resultant CELs!

Serious? At the rear of the car?
What happens if you're listening to a Metallica drum solo on the Macintosh? CEL?

Cruisn: Maybe but you've seen my guards, no great loss, I'll source some new plastic bits and touch up the lips later :P . In the meantime the silence is golden.

dr20t: From my high-level contact at Eurocopter APAC... He's after a SI drive knob (me three) so maybe we could work something out?

I looked long and hard for that... nek minnit!

So the PROVA vent gauge mount will need painting or wrapping or something, any suggestions or carbon wrap off-cuts lying around... ???
