TBH there aren't actually any good DIY guides on here. MH3.0R posted a few vague photos with a bit of info but it wasn't exactly detailed. Ask him to do a proper write up on his new grille (which looks awesome)

I think i've got most of it covered. Im sure the fibreglass kits will have instructions on them anyway.

I reckon i'll wrap the grill rather than paint it, my current grill has 3 coats of paint and stones are still getting at it.

Could you please give me a really quick low down on how the fibreglassing stage works?
I've never used fibreglass kits before, and all i know is that the fibreglassing will go on the outside of the grill, so that putty or body filler may be applied on the inside, and then smoothed down to follow the same shape as the existing plastic.

That's pretty much it Jay. It was my first time fibreglassing and its a very messy job.

Once you have the grill all cut out it starts to make more sense with what you have to do.
