Running cables under roof liner

I am wanting to instal a uhf antenna on the roof of my 92 liberty wagon and run the coax down beside the windscreen and the liner....how do i do this with a minimal of fuss?

ok, i worked it out...a straightened coat hangar helps and found out that the trim on the edges has to be pulled out (clips in) and theres a channel down the pillar that the coax fits snugly into
