Since my timing belt service is still 20k away, I manned up and installed the OCV solenoids myself.
Pretty easy to do, about an hour and a half in total.
The solenoids looked fine with no obvious gunk or foreign particles blocking them.
Results are very promising so far, no oscillation of RHS angle so far.
The Lib feels nice and tight down low too.
