Just for the record I had my 100k service and also asked for the plugs to be replaced ahead of schedule. I had this done, compression test was perfect, car is KiDo tuned so should not be a tune issue and it still does not have a smooth idle whether warm or cold. Any ideas on what else this could be? Dirty injectors or something?

Have a read of the thread I linked to: it's been updated.
You'll need to log your car to confirm, I'm sure a member local to you can help out...

More than happy to help out with logging when I get back to Brisbane next week.
Better still, however it may cost a few bucks, Lindsay at Northside 4x4 is happy to run a safety check on your e-tune. There is a thread about it on in the QLD section of www.rexnet.com.au
Kinda flush. Fitment is something. ADM as F*ck.

Thanks but i will do some logging soon. Also for the record the symptoms were there before the tune when it was factory. I will be surprised if it is an AVCS issue as the logs I have taken look fine to me.

Quick update the logs don't show any abnormal AVCS symptoms and Matt has confirmed this while logging my vehicle. With the latest tune idle is only slightly improved. I am quite convinced it is something else (vacuum leak?) or simply just the way Subaru designed it. Not a major issue, just annoying when the car is otherwise schmick.

That's great!
Mine no longer does the big shake since OCV replacement, but there is very mild vibration felt when warming up.
My clutch is due for replacement so it could be flywheel related?
Or tired engine mounts?

Next mount to be replaced is the pitch stop for an STi branded item, so it will be interesting to see if any difference post that.

OT I know but why do ppl replace the pitch rod in these cars? There should be no need.
