just to clarify: can you got SS for the GenIVs?

i couldn't find it listed anywhere and drew the conclusion that the SS must be really close to the stock bilstein from the GT.

i've also been told that the AU/US/JP spec'ed teins are different with different rates. as in the AU speced flex is a jap SS damper with Flex springs.

i'm assuming that phat can shed more light on this subject matter of difference in AU and JP specs.

the Tein Jap vs Aus spec is to do with the Valveing of the shocks.
Springs are no different.

Each shock is totally rebuilt in Australia and re valved for Australian roads.. so they are alot smoother.. also come with a 24mth Warranty

Get a price off these guys for your Tein suspension Fulcrum suspension Then contact Phat for a price & ask him about installation, IMHO for the little extra that the Teins cost over the K-Sport your mad your mad to get the K-Sport or any other cheap coil over.
From my research into the Tein Flex spring rates, the aus spec kits from Fulcrum are 6kg Front & Rear with matching valves & the jap spec are 8Kg Front & rear, Again if the 8kg are too stiff softer springs from Tein are available Very cheap

8kg/8kg? Might get Phat to confirm, but according to the Subaru Parts bible (Hyper Rev), it says the Tein Type Flex are 6kg/6kg. They really are quite comfortable despite being set at a rather low height.
