Well, it depends - if you were, say, a wind power station developer, then finding a suitable location and using it to build an inefficient, non-baseload generator of allegedly green power that is not even available when it is needed the most nor usually used in the State in which it is produced, in order to satisfy the feel-good intentions of an ignorant city-based, Labor/Green-voting public whilst simultaneously destroying the social fabric of a rural community, not to mention the resulting sleep deprivation, health effects and falling property values, and if that power station were also to be built among people who, ironically, are completely off the grid and self-sufficient when it comes to power such that they do not even benefit from the very same wind power station, then that would be wrecking it.

But that might be a discussion for another thread.
