Woah attitude... you're posting in a KiDo Racing thread, I think it's fair that Bryce be a little upset about some of your posts (as a representative of KiDo) if you haven't spoken to him first.

If you want to deal direct with Matt, go start a Throttle Happy thread that then doesn't have any impact on Bryce's business.

Agreed.. None of this should really be coming back on Bryce.
But from everything that i have read recently and seen and almost booked in, Matt was the sole one in charge of his tunning. There was no distinction as to what title the tune came under.

Do you get a cut from any tune under your title? If so i think you might be missing out on some of those cuts as alot of the organizing of tunes are done over PM/Phone and probably paid in cash...

The rules should of been spelt out clearly that if theres an issue, you dont contact Matt, you contact Bryce.

I had the tune under the banner of "Kido racing" but all correspondence from day dot has been with Matt, hence the reason I never thought to go through Bryce.

If Bryce runs Kido racing and Matt is his tuner then of course it comes back to him.

Of course Bryce gets a cut, he runs a business.

My comments werent directed initially at Kido racing, more so Matt, who came under that banner. Too many blurred lines of who does what / owns what / runs what / is contactable / not contactable.

Update - new tune to be loaded this weekend and Matt has been nothing short of fantastic in his communication and explanations over the last week. So im very happy with that side of things now, hopefully when I get the new tune loaded I'll be just as if not happier.

Glad your issues seem to be sorted Mark.

I don't really have a problem with the time it takes for a response from Matt as I am very busy myself, but I will say that in the last few weeks I have noticed a faster response from Matt in general, usually only a day delay at most, which is acceptable to me.

I dont like hot *cylinder* heads ;)

It is not that I am busy but that I am still pain medicated when I am at home, which makes it difficult to concentrate. I have had to cut down from 6 to 8hrs a day to 4 to 5 hours and some days where I can barely stand to look at a computer screen. Hence why when I am away, I live on adrenaline and speed(the go fast type, not the bikie type)

Had Matt tune up my Gen V on Friday evening - all BRILLIANT so far - one very happy customer.

And on top of that, Matt was a really genuine, helpful, patient and nice guy. In S# mode Scooby2 takes off like a rocket, especially in the 60-140kmh range - WHOOSH!! And loving it Const Plod

I'm sure if I have any issues Matt will be more than happy to attend to them...

Thanks again Matt....

Well I had Matt fit my 3 port solenoid and we did a revised road tune.

In short, the car comes on boost faster and it holds boost far better than the stock unit ever did.

The car feels like it accelerates faster now. Matt also showed me the LV and there are no red numbers. IAM is still sitting at 1. No knocking either.

The acceleration under air con load is cleaned up and smooth. Idle quality is improved although Im still running stock platinum plugs and Matt advised me to run iridiums next service to smooth the idle further.

Over all super happy with what Matt has done and he was able to answer all my questions.

Now I can't wait to get the dump and mid done on the exhaust to improve the torque even more. :D
Cheers

Good to hear your car is getting sorted.
Just make sure you take an LV after a few hundred km's of driving. An LV immediately or a few km's after a tune won't show anything.
