my last photo for today, until I get my wireless NextG connection set up.
again, another photo from autobacs, however a closer up picture of the guards on the Liberal legacy gt. You cannot buy the whole guard. You can only buy scoop on the guard and you have to cut your standard guard to fit it.

I don't like this Team stuff, its a load of crap, why divide the forums based on colour/model. It reminds me of racism.

but seriously, one of my favourite cartoons is one that has a massive stadium with cars in the car park surrounding it and a huge banner on the side of the stadium reading......

Heh-heh. That's a fair enough analysis. Not sure how serious you were about that statement, but for me there's a difference between pride and separatism (didn't want to use 'pride and prejudice'). :glare:

We each take pride in our car's colour, and it's understandable that we like to stick to others of the same colour because then they know what we go through and how to take care of the paint for that specific colour. Nothing wrong with feeling part of a team that has a commonality (as well as take pride in it). :victory:

The racism analogy would apply if certain colours got excluded, bashed, or treated rudely. Yes, there is a bit of banter and teasing between teams, but overall I think we all treat each other quite respectfully and fairly no matter what colour car they drive. :friends:

but if you wanna act like girls, I went to go buy a black one and it was rough and slow and then drove the drove the Urban Gray one and it was tight and had all the right bits and now it appears it had a vtune too :p

Its all about how it goes and what it is like inside to me! Colour is like the last thing on my mind.

Not to mention you posted your pics in colour instead of a neutral black & white. Perhaps we'll have Ric create a "Official Neutral/Colour Free Team" for anyone with the same moral objections.

Anyway, colour is a two sided coin. Yes, it can be seen as a barrier of segregation, but it's also an identity people can associate with and be proud of.
