Postby Gomez » Mon Feb 11, 2013 5:27 pm

I the last 2 weeks ive been told my aircon needs a new TX valve for it to work properly again, could be $1000 or more, cd player has shit itself and thisafternoon as i was washing my car, i noticed the back passenger power window no longer works!!! is my car cursed or something? really dissapointed with the car at the moment, could anyone shed some light on what might be wrong with my power window? :angry2:

Start at the simple end - FUSES and relays , as relevant. I had a power aerial on another die on me recently, but radio worked...pulled out the aerial box, worked ok on the bench....put it back in...carefule checking of wiring diags showed a fuse that fed rear window wiper....and part of the radio...that fed the aerial box....GGGRRRR.

Its stupid, but make sure the windows are 'unlocked'.
I thought my windows were broken too. until i noticed that i locked them while cleaning.
