Hey guys, car just got dyno+road retuned by Matt (throttlehappy/kido), made 160kwaw on the mainland dyno, zero knock (so far so good :) ), fuel cons. looking good

Most importantly car feels smooth, and Matt had a chance to diagnose and workout any possible problems it could've had:

-logger still drops out on WOT - going to ground the gearbox and alternator better this week
-slight hesitation at around 5000rpm of the rpm needle - as it's rising on WOT it just stops at about 5000 holds for a second and keeps climbing - Matt says problem is most likely the spark plug leads/coils.

And a really big thank you to Matt (again :)) for taking the time to work out all the kinks

Post track day LV (literally taken sitting at the front gate of the track while Karl fixed a car). Stupidly I only thought about getting on track logs once, and then didn't think about it when the track was quiet, so didn't get any logs.

Hey Statts, no point taking a shot straight after a reflash - it'll always read zero because you've just reset all the values to zero by reflashing.

The second LV is a good sign, maybe that -5.40 in the af ranges could be scaled a little better
Anyway go onto romraider site and read the walkthrough on learning view in the forum section...it's just a basic tool to check airflow ranges and knock. And cels. There's a whole heap more to a tune than what an LV records, although looks like your engine is knock free which is a good start :)

So just a bump on my previous post, update

After this LV the ECU was reset and since then Ive been driving around sensibly... Took another LV today and everything is fine: IAM has stayed on 1 and the table was showing all 0s. Cant remember what the airflow ranges were. I'm going to sorta drive it a bit harder and check the LV on Sunday to check for changes again.

You want to drive the car hard to check for knock. It's not going to knock if you baby it around.

Yeah I know, just taking precautions... Ill be redoing the LV this Sunday and post that up. Fingers crossed knock doesn't occur...

Or if it does, that your knock correction strategy is sufficient enough and sensitive enough to deal with it

Your factory tune had some big negative values and IAM was on 0.675 ;) Dug out the LV to check last week, your ECU ID is rare plus they are date stamped so it made it easy to find ;)

Matt took one directly after the dyno and a 20 min test drive and there was zero knock, he also said that of 2 hours on the dyno he heard absolutely no knock using the knock ears. He even increased the timing by 2 degrees to try find some knock and didn't get any, and then he returned the timing back.

I haven't had to drive the car since the dyno so have done no logs or LV, but I'll be taking an LV later today. An LV doesn't really give you that big of an insight anyway. The fact my car had zero knock on a dyno is more indicative than a learning view snapshot.
